Client work 2014 to 2016
Aweland directors have produced work for charity and commercial clients globally including Save the Children, Amnesty International and Greenpeace.
Aweland directors produced and directed 4 films for an innovative new energy company. This included a crowdfunding film (which helped raise over £1million) and a two-part abstract viral piece. The brief was to stray far from commercial norms of advertising, mirroring their unique ethos.
Aweland directors recently travelled across the “Stans” including Northern Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan recording people’s amazing stories about their traditional occupations and lifestyles.
Aweland directors have produced work for charity and commercial clients globally including Save the Children, Amnesty International and Greenpeace. 2016-17 commercials.

Filmed over 1 year in 5 countries with Save the Children and Magnum - Universal Motherhood, was screened on the BBC Victoria Derbyshire show, The Guardian website and part of a 5 screen exhibition in London at the Noho Studios. For the full story about the above film please use this link.
Filmed in Liberia over 3 weeks this story was used as an advert on TV and shown on CH5, ITV and More4 and the material was used for a longer edit on BBC2 Victoria Derbyshire and B-rolls for major news stations like SKY, ITN, BBC. Stills Images were published in all the national newspapers.

We have been working together in film, photography and life for the last 11 years; collecting moments of Awe and Wonder from across various lands.
Working across Asia, Africa and central America for charities and broadcasters our ethos is to represent people and their stories positively. We are inspired to document the times we live in by the sights, sounds and stories we encounter.
Trying to portray in equal measure the Awe and Horror that permeates this World.
